1. Your site must be a graphics/resource site.
2. You MUST create your own layouts, although gift layouts are allowed now and then.
3. Quality over quantity. I'd like you to have intermediate-advanced designing skills.
4. Sites containing stolen, profound, or mature content are prohibited. Please be user-friendly, and keep it PG-13.
5. Please try to stay in touch with me. I do understand that people have busy lives, including myself, so you don't need to talk to me everyday. But a comment on my site or email would be nice now and again. I'll be doing the same for you. ^_^
6. You must inform me if you are going on hiatus or moving to a new host.
7. You will be required to link Inspiration on every page, as I will be doing the same for you.
8. I hate pop-up ads ~_~. I'm sorry, but they can be quite a nuisance. Please do not apply if your site contains more than one pop-up ad. Having no pop-up adds at all would be great.
9. Your site must be in english(otherwise I can't understand it ^^;;) or translated in english. Please also do not TyPE lyK dIS. Be as literate as possible.
10. Please have an active site. If you don't update at least once a month or large updates once every two months, you may not be accepted.

A litte side note: I feel really horrible everytime I have to reject an application. I'm serious. Therefore, my replies to some applications will be short and concise. If you receive such a reply, please do forgive me. I do not reject websites because I think you're horrid or anything, nor am I trying to be mean. I'm just picky on which sites I'd like to accept, and most of the sites I do reject are sites I really like, but feel there is room for a little more improvement. Please do not be offended if I do not accept your application. Thank you ^_^
